Responsibilities
Responsabilidades Clave
- Dirigir y supervisar un pequeño equipo de ensambladores, asignando tareas y gestionando el flujo de trabajo diario.
- Realizar el ensamblaje de componentes y productos complejos siguiendo planos, especificaciones y procedimientos operativos estándar (POE/SOP).
- Garantizar la calidad del producto final, realizando inspecciones y pruebas.
- Capacitar a nuevos miembros del equipo en técnicas de ensamblaje y estándares de seguridad.
- Solucionar problemas técnicos o de proceso que surjan durante el ensamblaje.
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro, limpio y organizado.
