We're hiring an Inventory Clerk to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for moving, storing, and organizing products in our stockroom.You must be experienced and certified in using a forklift and pallet jack to safely handle materials and keep our operations running smoothly. If you're a reliable and organized person with a focus on safety, this is the job for you.



salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receiving Shipments: Unloading and unpacking incoming deliveries. This includes inspecting items for damage or discrepancies and verifying that the contents match the packing slips, purchase orders, or invoices.
  
  
• Organizing and Stocking: Storing received goods in designated locations, such as bins, shelves, or racks. This often involves using a specific inventory system (e.g., SKU, lot number, or FIFO - First In, First Out) to ensure materials are easily accessible and rotated properly.
  
  
• Maintaining Records: Accurately updating inventory records in a computer system or on a paper-based log. This is crucial for tracking stock levels, and may involve using barcode scanners or other inventory tracking software.
  
  
• Monitoring Stock Levels: Keeping an eye on inventory levels and notifying management when stock is running low to ensure timely reordering and prevent stockouts.
