An automotive warranty clerk prepares, submits, and tracks warranty claims with manufacturers to ensure timely reimbursement for dealership labor and parts. Key duties include reviewing repair orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, communicating with technicians and service advisors, and maintaining accurate warranty receivables and part records. strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential, along with an understanding of automotive parts, systems, and warranty procedures. English/Spanish language skills. 

salary: $15 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Bilingual (Spainish/English) required.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Essential for managing claims and maintaining accurate records.
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with internal teams and external manufacturers. 
• Computer Proficiency: Ability to use computer systems to input data, track claims, and generate reports. 
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in warranty claims. 
• Knowledge of Automotive Systems: Familiarity with automotive parts and systems is beneficial. 
• Customer Service: Experience in customer service roles can be helpful for managing claims and customer interactions
