Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on aerospace products, components, and materials to ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report inspection outcomes meticulously, completing detailed reports and logs.
- Identify and monitor defects and discrepancies, actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and advanced testing equipment to verify product dimensions and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on testing and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
- Analyze test data and communicate findings to relevant departments for process improvements.
- Interpret and apply quality assurance standards, methodologies, and regulations specific to the aerospace industry.
- Train and guide production staff in quality control procedures and protocols.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis on defective products.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
