Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance: Troubleshoot, install, and repair all new and existing plant equipment, including stamping presses and air compressors.
- Preventative care: Perform scheduled maintenance and manage work orders to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Collaboration: Communicate technical issues to management and mentor other technicians to improve department skills.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience as a maintenance technician. An Associate’s degree from a technical school is a plus.
- Technical skills:
- Mechanical: You should be able to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot equipment.
- Electrical: You'll need to size electrical circuits and read electrical schematics.

- Core competencies: We value accountability, dependability, and communication skills. You should also be proficient in basic math and problem-solving.
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role that requires you to stand, walk, twist, and bend. You must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier items requiring proper equipment. The work environment may include exposure to heat, cold, and loud noise.
