- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system repair.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred (A Big Plus):
- Technical/vocational school training in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with PLCs and robotics.
- Welding and/or Forklift certification.
- Technical/vocational school training in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform diagnostic tests and quickly and accurately troubleshoot equipment failures, completing repairs to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on all plant equipment, including conveyor systems, mixers, packaging machinery, and control systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, controls, motors, and other components.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Perform general facility maintenance duties, such as welding, plumbing, and other associated tasks.
- Respond to work orders and document all maintenance activities and repairs, both digitally and in writing.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Assist with the inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Collaborate with production operators and supervisors to address mechanical issues and improve operational processes
