Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring products get where they need to be — on time, every time. If you’re organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to build a solid career in logistics and distribution.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries.
- Maintain detailed shipping and inventory records for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Keep the shipping/receiving area organized, safe, and efficient.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with shipping software, scanners, and MS Office is a plus.
- Team player with clear communication skills and a strong work ethic.
