- Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure, horn, lights) and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, stack, and stage materials, raw ingredients, and finished products using a certified forklift.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts by scanning and properly storing materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure loads are secure and stable before transport and placement. Qualifications and Skills
- Current and Valid Forklift Certification is Required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a professional warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Impeccable Safety Record and a deep commitment to safe operating practices.
- Proven ability to read and understand warehouse documents (e.g., work orders, shipping labels).
- Physical stamina and ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods while performing manual tasks off the forklift.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
- Basic computer skills for inventory scanning and data entry.
