Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging machinery according to SOPs.
- Execute batch record documentation accurately and completely in real-time.
- Perform in-process quality checks and basic equipment adjustments.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas following strict GMP guidelines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of documentation, ensuring all records are legible, accurate, and attributable.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements (FDA, etc.).
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives related to GMP and SOPs.
