- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a high-volume warehouse shipping environment.
- Parcel Software: Mandatory expert proficiency in operating and troubleshooting UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager/Shipping Station (or equivalent FedEx software).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Excel, Word) and experience working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate a pallet jack (certification preferred).

Responsibilities
- Shipping Processing: Accurately prepare and process all outgoing shipments, including LTL (Less Than Truckload) and small parcel packages, ensuring timely departures.
- Software Expertise: Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager/Shipping Station daily to generate shipping labels, track packages, quote rates, and manage required documentation.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and international customs forms.
- Packaging: Select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure products are protected during transit and comply with carrier regulations
