In this role, you will be on the front lines of innovation. You’ll perform crucial functional and acceptance testing on advanced aerospace fuel system components. Your day will involve setting up complex test stands, monitoring fluid pressure and flow rates, troubleshooting electronics down to the component level, and becoming the expert who gives the final seal of approval.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- A passion for solving complex electronic and mechanical puzzles.
- 3+ years of experience testing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency with test equipment like oscilloscopes, DMMs, and hydraulic test stands.
- A sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities
- Perform functional and acceptance testing on aerospace fuel system components, including electromechanical pumps, valves, and control units.
- Set up and operate complex test stands, monitoring and measuring fluid pressure, flow rates, and temperature, in addition to using standard electronic test equipment like oscilloscopes and DMMs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical and hydraulic failures down to the sub-assembly and component level, using schematics and technical manuals.
- Execute detailed test procedures in strict accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards (AS9100).
- Accurately record and document all test data, performance metrics, and observed anomalies in production logs and quality control systems.
- Perform high-reliability soldering and rework on electronic control boards and wiring harnesses that are integral to the fuel system components.
- Collaborate directly with manufacturing and design engineers to resolve production test issues and improve test procedures for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and 5S standards for the test lab.
