Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging equipment (e.g., blister machines, bottle fillers, cartoners) according to batch records and SOPs.
- Perform setup, changeover, and minor adjustments to packaging machinery as required for different product runs.
- Execute in-process quality checks (e.g., weight checks, seal integrity, label verification) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation including batch records, logbooks, and cleaning records, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Clean and maintain packaging rooms, equipment, and tools following sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading packaging components and finished goods.
