Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed pharmaceutical production equipment, such as [Specify relevant machinery, e.g., tablet presses, encapsulators, high-shear granulators, blenders, or sterilization equipment].
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, disassembly, and reassembly with precision and efficiency according to Batch Production Records and SOPs.
- Conduct and document routine equipment checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance as required.
- Execute in-process checks (e.g., tablet weight, hardness, dissolution, visual inspection) to ensure product quality meets all specifications.
- Strictly adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation including batch records, cleaning logs, and equipment logbooks, utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Clean and sanitize machinery and production rooms thoroughly according to defined cleaning validation protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
- Report any process deviations, equipment failures, or safety hazards immediately to the Production Supervisor.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to ensure the product meets all regulatory standards.
