salary: $66,352 - $79,040 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving all equipment failures through effective troubleshooting.
  
  
• Utilizing technical documents—such as assembly drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and equipment manuals—to calibrate and optimize machinery.
  
  
• Applying principles of electrical control (e.g., VFDs, SCRs, motor starters) and logic control (e.g., PLC, SLC) to solve complex equipment problems.
  
  
• Executing minor plumbing, metalworking, and general facilities maintenance as necessary.
  
  
• Working with and calibrating various operating devices like RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors), pressure transmitters, I/Ps (Current-to-Pneumatic transducers), gages, and vortex flow meters.
  
  
• Training and mentoring new team members and operations personnel on required maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• Adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  
  
• Operating the company's SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system and completing all required documentation.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
