Responsibilities

• Manufacturing & Equipment Operation:
  
  
  • Operate and monitor machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
    
    
  • Sets up forms and molds accurately in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
    
    
• Material Handling & Logistics:
  
  
  • Handle and move heavy construction materials, supplies, and finished products.
    
    
  • Perform loading and unloading of materials and supplies.
    
    
  • Assist with the transportation and precise placement of concrete forms and molds.
    
    
• Safety & Quality Control:
  
  
  • Adhere strictly to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
    
    
  • Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear (PPE).
    
    
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas to promote a safe and efficient production environment.
    
    
• General Support:
  
  
  • Complete any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area of the facility.
