We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to support day-to-day operations in our fabrication shop. This role is crucial for keeping jobs on track by managing scheduling, customer coordination, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth communication between the front office and the production team. Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Schedule installation and service jobs, ensuring the efficient use of technician time.
  
  
• Update and maintain daily/weekly calendars for shop and field staff.
  
  
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, changes, or confirmations.
  
  General Warehouse & Production Support:
  
  
• Provide general warehouse support as needed, including organizing and tidying the inventory staging areas.
  
  
• Assist the production team with basic material handling and organization.
  
  
• Customer Service & Follow-up:
  
  
• Provide updates to customers on project timelines and service appointments.
  
  
• Collect and verify customer information for records and billing.
  
  
• Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Support production work by running simple errands, preparing assembly kits, or assisting with non-specialized tasks on the shop floor.
