Pick/Pack Team Member - Temp-to-Hire Opportunity in Nashua, NH!  Are you detail-oriented, a great team player, and looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule? Randstad is partnering with a growing, small family-owned health and wellness distribution center in Nashua, NH, that is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of converting you to a permanent, full-time employee after a few months.  The Role and Responsibilities As a Pick/Pack Team Member, you'll be essential to the success of the distribution center, ensuring customers receive their health and wellness orders accurately and efficiently Key responsibilities include: Completing the entire pick/pack process from start to finish. Accurately picking and packing both online and in-store distribution orders. Maintaining focus and attention to detail to ensure order correctness. Being open and willing to be trained in the company's specific processes. The Ideal Candidate The client is looking for someone who: Works well with others in a small team environment. Stays focused and is reliable. Has a proven attention to detail. Is ready to commit to a temp-to-hire role with the goal of long-term employment.
