We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager to lead our entire procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations for a local food manufacturer. This is a critical role focused on optimizing material availability, reducing costs, and ensuring quality compliance across the organization. - 1st shift, Direct Hire, Starting Salary $60-85K based on experience. 

What You'll Lead:

• Strategic Sourcing: Developing purchasing strategies and negotiating high-value vendor contracts and terms.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Overseeing demand planning, inventory replenishment, and managing inbound/outbound logistics.
  
  
• Compliance: Ensuring all materials and suppliers adhere to strict regulatory and quality standards (e.g., cGMP, FDA).
  
  
• Efficiency: Implementing process improvements and monitoring key supply chain KPIs.
  
  

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain (experience in supplements, Food, pharma, or manufacturing is preferred).
  
  
• strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
  
  
• Expertise in contract negotiation and cGMP/ISO standards.
