We are immediately hiring a Fabricating Machine Operator to fill a foundational role on our partner's manufacturing team. Every product we ship starts with the precision you bring to the machine. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring our fabricating equipment—including shears, brakes, and punches—to ensure every part meets our rigorous quality standards. Success in this position requires a keen eye for alignment, comfort with technical work orders, and familiarity with tools like calipers and micrometers. Responsibilities

 Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
 Sets stops or guides to specified lengths as indicated by scale, rule or template.
 Positions workpiece against stops or aligns layout marks with die or blade.
 Activates and monitors machine during process to ensure accuracy.
 Performs secondary operations such as deburring.
 Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines.
 Records quantities completed and other documentation as required in work instruction.
 Performs spot welds.
 Follows safety policies and keeps work area clean and free of hazards.



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time
