Role Summary: Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Reporting directly to the operations leadership team, this role will oversee all quality systems, inspection programs, food safety compliance (HACCP/HARPC), and internal audits. Ideal for a hands-on QC leader with strong ISO, GMP, and statistical process control experience in a manufacturing setting.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in quality control or similar manufacturing environment
- strong background in QMS, inspections, data reporting, and team management
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 audits and implementation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and documentation (HACCP/HARPC/GMP)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and process improvement skills
- 8+ years of QC leadership experience in consumer products, food, packaging, or related field
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
- HACCP and GMP Certification (Required if facility handles food-grade or regulated products)
- Salary: $120,000–$130,000/year

Responsibilities
- Lead quality inspection and testing operations to ensure consistent compliance with product specifications
- Develop and implement inspection standards, quality protocols, and testing procedures
- Utilize statistical data and product specs to define and enhance quality expectations
- Oversee QMS activities to ensure ISO 9001:2015 standards are upheld
- Coordinate with production, operations, and vendor teams to ensure consistent quality across materials and final goods
- Manage non-conformance reports and lead root cause analysis/improvement initiatives
- Provide training and mentorship to quality staff and support cross-functional teams
- Lead and maintain HACCP/HARPC programs and food safety compliance
- Act as site lead for audits, certifications, and supplier quality relationships
- Continuously analyze data and inspection performance to drive improvement across all stages of the production cycle
