- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Electrician, or similar role, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in both preventative and predictive maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs (basic troubleshooting), VFDs, and control logic.
- Proficiency with mechanical repair, welding, piping, and rigging.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, meters (e.g., multimeters), and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) on production machinery, facility equipment, and utility systems to maximize uptime.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, seals, chains, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
- Apply knowledge of electronics to diagnose and repair electrical issues, including troubleshooting circuits, sensors, switches, relays, and motor control systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics (electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic), and blueprints.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and production downtime situations.
