About the Role
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our production line's success. Your leadership will be essential in maximizing productivity by ensuring our equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. This isn't just about fixing things—it's about empowering your team, implementing strategic improvements, and being at the forefront of our continuous improvement efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance employees to foster their growth and build a high-performing department.
- Ensure Reliability: Drive equipment reliability to maximize production line uptime and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Assign and coordinate daily work orders, and participate in implementing and enhancing preventive maintenance activities.
- Hands-on Problem Solving: Leverage your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, and electrical systems to quickly resolve breakdowns.
- Process Improvement: Implement process enhancements to improve changeover efficiency and contribute to special projects that shape our future operations.
