Randstad is looking for a skilled General Arc Welder to join our team. We need someone who can work with minimal supervision to weld metal components, ensure high-quality work, and make their own setup for each job.

What You'll Do:

• Weld in various positions, including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
  
  
• Examine welds for quality and repair any broken or cracked parts.
  
  
• Set up your own workstation and equipment for each job.
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to produce high-quality parts.
  
  
• Use various measuring devices to check dimensions and ensure accuracy.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
  
  
• The ability to read blueprints and work orders.
  
  
• Familiarity with various measuring devices.
  
  
• Your own general tools for job setup.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  
  
• Good vision, including the ability to see color, depth, and adjust focus.
