Responsibilities
- Building Systems Maintenance:
Install, repair, and test HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and components.
- General Repairs:
Perform carpentry, drywall repair, floor and wall patching, and hardware maintenance.
- Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and service to ensure machines and equipment run smoothly, including filter changes and lubrication.
- Cleaning & Upkeep:
Perform general cleaning duties, trash removal, and ensure buildings and grounds are kept clean and safe.
- Groundskeeping:
Mow, trim, weed, and maintain landscaping, including irrigation and snow removal when needed.
- Event Support:
Set up and break down spaces for events and ensure they are returned to their normal state.
- Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor and order necessary supplies and materials for maintenance tasks.
- Record Keeping:
Complete documentation for work performed, track service calls, and maintain accurate records of maintenance efforts.
- Safety Compliance:
Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and functional condition.
