Responsibilities

• Install, Calibrate, and Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic scales and weighing systems (from small lab balances to truck scales).
  
  
• Troubleshoot complex electronic and mechanical issues on-site at customer locations.
  
  
• Perform Routine Inspections and Preventative Maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards (like NIST Handbook 44).
  
  
• Complete Detailed Documentation for all service calls, calibrations, and repairs.
  
  
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service, clearly communicating findings and solutions to clients.
  
  
• Adhere strictly to all company and customer safety protocols.
