Responsibilities
The Picker/Packer position involves the systematic selection and accurate preparation of goods destined for customer delivery. You will utilize warehouse management systems or handheld scanners to confirm inventory data and determine product placement. Key functions include staging and transferring items using internal logistics equipment, and meticulously assembling and sealing shipping containers. Additionally, you will be responsible for data integrity (counting and tagging). Candidates must be prepared for a physically active role, including extended periods of standing, movement, and manual lifting.
