Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet all company and regulatory specifications.
- Perform various quality control tests (e.g., pH, moisture content, microbial swabs) and accurately record the results.
- Maintain meticulous and organized records of all quality assurance activities, including test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant food safety regulations.
- Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, providing guidance and training on quality standards.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in internal and third-party audits.
