Responsibilities
This role requires a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous machinery operation through comprehensive preventive maintenance, expert troubleshooting, and efficient repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment (engines, motors, pneumatic tools) by following manuals and engineering specifications.
- Locate and troubleshoot malfunctions using observation and precision measuring/testing instruments.
- Dismantle devices, remove defective parts using hoists/cranes, and replace/fabricate new parts (using machine shop equipment) based on dimensional inspections (calipers, micrometers).
- Minimize downtime by educating production staff on maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance.
- Manage parts inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and verifying orders.
- Experience in troubleshooting and servicing diverse machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Capable of managing high volume, tight time constraints, and multiple priorities.
