Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery and equipment (e.g., mixers, fillers, pasteurizers) in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Preparing raw materials, including washing, peeling and mixing fruits and other ingredients.
- Monitoring product quality at various stages of production and immediately reporting any deviations or issues.
- Packaging and labeling finished goods accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Performing routine sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas to maintain a sterile, food-safe environment (HACCP/GMP standards).
- Loading and unloading materials, ingredients, and supplies.
- Following all company safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Documenting production data and completing necessary logs and reports.
