Responsibilities
- Order Selection: Accurately pull and stage products according to delivery routes and picking lists.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks with bread racks, baskets, and skids, ensuring product count and quality are correct.
- Product Handling: Handle bread and other baked goods with care to prevent damage.
- Inventory Staging: Organize and maintain the product staging area, ensuring all outgoing orders are properly grouped and ready for dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as manual and electric pallet jacks
- Cleaning & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company policies and food safety standards.
- Physical Demands: Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of product bundles and racks throughout the shift.
