We are hiring experienced Reach Truck operators to manage, move, and stack products within our warehouse. This role is critical to our operation, ensuring that inventory is accurately located and orders are fulfilled efficiently. Given our diverse team, the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.  

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and understanding).
  
  
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, verifiable experience operating a Reach truck is required.
  
  
• Proven experience operating other types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck).
  
  
• Current or previous forklift certification is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  
  

salary: $18.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to retrieve and place stock in high-level racking systems.
  
  
• Operate a standard sit-down or stand-up Forklift (e.g., reach truck, electric pallet jack) to move, stack, and load/unload materials.
  
  
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to receive work instructions, coordinate with supervisors, and interact with fellow team members.
  
  
• Safely and efficiently pull orders based on pick tickets or an RF scanning system.
