Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Manage all activities from order creation and load planning to final delivery
• Proactively informing the sales team and customers of any issues and taking the lead to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Manage key master data within all order management systems, including SAP and internal desk guides.
• Mitigate supply chain disruptions by recognizing and resolving potential order conflicts before they impact on-time and in-full delivery performance.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a supply chain role (professional internships are acceptable).
• Basic working knowledge of supply chain systems such as EDI, ERP, and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
