Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Quality System of the facilities related to company
- Direct Quality staff in accomplishing tasks.
- Train staff and others as needed in the Quality functions to meet the Customer expectations.
- Evaluate suspect material in manufacturing.
- Train operators on quality requirements and measurement tools.
- Evaluate customer returned material.
- Initiate DMR and 8D, when required. Monitor open 8Ds and DMRs.
- Respond directly to the customer on quality concerns, when required.
- Sort suspect material at the customer, when required.
- Lead APQP and MRT meetings.
- Direction of the company's Quality System that complies with TS-16949. Train all employees to the Pak-Lite Quality System. Retain TS-16949 and ISO-9001 certification.
