Responsibilities
- Coordinate all outbound and inbound shipments, optimizing routes and selecting carriers for efficiency and cost.
- Process domestic shipments using carrier systems, including proficiency with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping software.
- Manage international shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) freight.
- Track and trace shipments, proactively communicating status updates and resolving transit issues with carriers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, shipping costs, and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to meet fulfillment deadlines and address customer inquiries.
- Audit freight invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
