What You'll Do:
You will be the critical first step in our quality control workflow, primarily focused on the sampling and handling of raw materials:
- Sample Collection: Collect samples of all incoming raw materials according to cGMP and GLP standards.
- Verification: Accurately verify receivers and review Certificates of Analysis (CofA) to confirm material identity and accuracy.
- Documentation: Precisely weigh and log all samples taken, using computer systems for data entry and tracking.
- Material Handling: Operate a power industrial truck to move raw materials through the assigned warehouse area.
- Lab Support: Pull raw materials specifically requested by our R&D team.
- Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area, dispose of materials safely, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.
- Team Support: Assist with tagging of approved raw materials and support internal/external audits.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-3 years of quality team experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

- Accuracy & Reliability (High Proficiency is Key): Proven ability to perform tasks accurately with minimal errors. Excellent reliability and time management skills.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Basic understanding of equipment operations to quickly troubleshoot minor issues.
- Math Skills: Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in data entry, documentation, and tracking systems.
