Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Field Service: Travel to customer sites to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain ROSS mixing equipment.
- Mechanical Expertise: Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and adjustments of components such as gears, seals, motors, and bearings.
- Electrical/Controls: Conduct electrical testing, wiring, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial controls, motors, and instrumentation.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance checks and recommend necessary parts or service.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary on-site technical contact, providing professional service, training end-users on equipment operation and maintenance, and maintaining detailed service reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets ROSS's high-quality standards and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Reporting: Accurately complete service documentation, expense reports, and other necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
