Your Role:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems in rotary screw compressors.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new compressor systems at customer locations.
- Read technical manuals and schematics to guide your work.
- Provide exceptional service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Document all work performed in service reports.
- Background in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience servicing industrial equipment (compressor experience is a major plus!).
- Ability to lift heavy components (50+ lbs) and work in industrial settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Rotary Screw Technician (RST) who will work with our Sales, production
and product teams. The RTS takes customer service calls, troubleshoots, installs,
repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on rotary screw air compressors,
requiring the ability to read technical documents, use precision tools, and diagnose both
mechanical and electrical issues. Essential duties include performing diagnostics,
repairing or replacing components, documenting work, maintaining a clean and safe
workspace, and providing technical support and customer service.
