We are searching for an exceptional Executive Chef Manager to take the helm of our entire culinary operation. The Role: Beyond the Kitchen You will be responsible for both the art and science of our foodservice, driving quality, compliance, and cost efficiency:
- Culinary & Menu Strategy: Lead all culinary operations across patient services, the café, physician lounge, and catering. You will develop and implement standardized recipes and menus that align with nutritional guidelines, customer preferences, and operational goals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor culinary staff in advanced food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and service excellence. You will foster a high-performing, engaged team through continuous learning and effective staff management.
- Operational Excellence & Cost Control: Take ownership of inventory management, purchasing, and cost control processes to maintain budget compliance and minimize waste. You will manage staffing levels and organize production workflows to maintain a cost-efficient kitchen.
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict regulatory compliance with HACCP, Joint Commission, and state/local health standards. This includes routine audits, thorough documentation, and enforcing corrective actions.
