Responsibilities

• Finishing & Quality Control:
  
  
  • Perform detailed finishing work, primarily handling scissors and cutting threads from products to ensure a clean, high-quality final item.
    
    
  • Use excellent eyesight and a steady hand to maintain product aesthetics.
    
    
  • Exercise strong attention to detail to ensure all items meet strict quality standards.
    
    
• Production & Workflow:
  
  
  • Maintain a consistent and efficient pace to meet production targets and workflow requirements.
    
    
  • Successfully manage workload both independently and as a collaborative part of a team.
    
    
• Physical & Environment:
  
  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed during the shift.
