This is a leadership role where your technical expertise directly translates into production success. You won't just supervise; you'll own the uptime.
Your Mission
- Lead & Develop: Directly supervise, train, and build the capability of maintenance technicians. You'll assign work, coach performance, and coordinate necessary training.
- Maximize Uptime: Guarantee equipment reliability to maximize production productivity. You'll manage work orders, coordinate PM activities, and troubleshoot complex mechanical breakdowns.
- Improve Efficiency: Implement process enhancements for maintenance and optimize package/flavor changeover efficiency.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of maintenance manufacturing experience plus previous supervisory experience is required.
- Education: Associate's degree, Trade/Technical School, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Expertise: working knowledge and troubleshooting experience with:
- Mechanical breakdowns, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmissions.
- PLCs, conveyors, airveyors, and electrical systems.
- Mechanical breakdowns, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmissions.
- Bonus: Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.

- Process Improvement: Implement process enhancements to improve changeover efficiency and contribute to special projects that shape our future operations.
