Responsibilities
Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
troubleshooting and repair on a variety of production equipment, including:
o Acme, Davenport, and Kingsbury screw machines.
o CNC Machining Centers (e.g., Miltronics Vertical Machining Center,
Okuma Turning Centers).
o Conventional and automated assembly and packaging equipment.
Execute and document all planned preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to
ensure minimal equipment downtime.
Diagnose and repair motor controls, PLC-based systems, and industrial electrical
systems up to 480V.
Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and
equipment manuals.
