We're looking for safety-focused operators who can handle heavy machinery to move, load, unload, and store raw and packaging materials. You'll be a key part of the team, supporting production and operating specialized equipment like palletizers and bottle handling machines.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

Responsibilities
Material Movement & Logistics:
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks and containers.
- Operating various fork trucks and pallet jacks (sit-down, stand-up, deep reach, clamp apparatus, etc.) after successfully completing required company certification training and periodic recertification.
- Transporting, storing, and maintaining raw and packaging inventories in designated locations.
- Actively supporting production by staging materials and removing finished goods or scrap as needed.
- Operating specialized production equipment, including palletizers and automatic bottle handling/de-palletizer equipment.
- Performing pre-shift inspections and ensuring all material handling equipment (fork trucks, pallet jacks) is operational and safe before use.
- Demonstrating a constant commitment to safety by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Utilizing safety tools such as Impact Sensors and other Factory Systems to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensuring all loads are secure, stable, and properly balanced before moving.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
