- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Install, modify, and repair plant machinery and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Sidel blow molding machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Support the ISB/Blow Molding process by monitoring and adjusting machine parameters to maintain quality and output targets.
- Operate palletizers, strappers, and bagging equipment as part of daily production support.
- Perform mold changes, calibrations, and setup adjustments according to production schedules and specifications.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and perform timely repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve process and equipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and work orders in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards while ensuring a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in training operators and new technicians on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and improve process consistency.
- Must complete all required technical and safety training to be considered qualified for the position.
