The Opportunity: Maintenance Technician
- Location: Cullman, AL 35057 Area (NA Headquarters)
- Pay Rate: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
- Note: Significant pay increases occur every 90 days for the first 18 months, depending on initial placement grade.

Streamlined Weekend Shift Schedule
This role offers a compressed weekend schedule, allowing for more time off during the week. You work 36 hours but are paid for 40 hours as long as all three shifts are completed.
- C Shift (Days): Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- D Shift (Nights): Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming, electronics, and ladder logic.
- Experience in a production environment using a broad range of maintenance skills.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
We are looking for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical competencies, ideally with experience in a highly automated, heavy-duty manufacturing or metal stamping environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on high-tonnage stamping presses (up to 4500 tons), assembly machines, and hot stamping equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and machining tasks (lathe, mill, drill press).
- Operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment safely.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to minimize equipment downtime.
