Responsibilities
- Programming & Editing: Utilize Fanuc controls to execute programs and perform G-Code editing directly at the machine to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Digital Tooling: Proficiently interpret CAD drawings and SolidWorks models to ensure accurate setup and machining processes.
- Machine Operation: Operate a variety of CNC milling machines and other equipment to produce precision parts with strict adherence to tolerances.
- Setup & Calibration: Perform complex machine setups, calibration, and adjustments according to specifications and production requirements.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual and physical inspection of completed components to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor program or operational faults.
