- Experience: Previous experience (6+ months) working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience using RF scanners or other handheld warehouse technology for picking and cycle counting.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move continuously throughout an entire shift.
- Teamwork: A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately and quickly locate and pull items from warehouse shelves and bins according to picking lists or RF scanner instructions.
- Scanning and Inventory: Utilize RF scanners and internal warehouse management systems to track inventory, confirm locations, and ensure order accuracy.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare completed orders for shipment by securely boxing, labeling, and palletizing items to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Perform final checks on packed orders to verify the correct quantities and items are included.
- Material Handling: Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming materials and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Lift and move packages and materials up to 50 lbs. as required.
