is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and well-organized production supervisor to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring the manufacturing process runs efficiently, safely, and produces high-quality products on schedule. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a structured and well-managed manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all production activities for a designated shift/area to ensure manufacturing goals are met in terms of safety, quality, and output volume.
  
  
• Develop and implement daily/weekly production schedules, adjusting resources and workflow as needed to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
  
  
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, scrap rate, and labor utilization; implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
  
  

2. Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators and technicians.
  
  
• Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and participate in the hiring and training of new personnel.
  
  
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  
  
• Coordinate and conduct regular safety and operational training sessions.
