salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in performing routine and scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) on production equipment (e.g., conveyors, grinders, packaging machines, pumps).
  
  
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and equipment cleaning as outlined in PM schedules.
  
  
• Respond to and assist with minor equipment breakdowns and repair requests under direct supervision.
  
  
• Support the installation of new equipment and machinery.
  
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations (USDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP) to maintain product integrity.
  
  
• Accurately record work performed, time spent, and parts used in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or work order log.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with maintenance team members, supervisors, and production staff.
