Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders by accurately scanning carton barcodes and locations into the company’s inventory tracking system.
  
  
• Perform the physical movement of materials, including loading and unloading trucks, and securely relocating customer items within the warehouse.
  
  
• Retrieve and return secure storage boxes from shelving units, often using ladders, and ensure accurate placement for storage or destruction.
  
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly conducting cycle counts, location audits, and verifying information against the system records.
  
  
• Prepare outgoing shipments, which involves manifesting all orders, bundling, and preparing boxes for secure transportation to other facilities or clients.
  
  
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to safely move large or heavy loads throughout the facility.
  
  
• Adhere strictly to all security and safety procedures to protect sensitive customer records and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  
  
• Complete necessary administrative work, which includes accurately preparing all order paperwork and reporting any order discrepancies to management for resolution.
