- Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and other internal teams.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, performing regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize and maintain our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements, process orders, and generate reports.
- Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse associates, ensuring all team members follow standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and labeling of products to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner (forklift certification is a plus).
- Address and resolve logistical issues and discrepancies related to inventory or shipments.
